Awards and Goals of Nader Agroindustrial Co.
 

Nader Agroindustrial Co. was awarded ISO 9001 quality management certificate in June 2003 and Moody International Certification for its management system which was improved from version 1994 to version 2000 in June 2000. All conditions prescribed by the standards are observed effectively. The quality assurance section of the company is run by the personnel responsible for keeping and maintaining the system. Nader Agroindustrial Co. was the first Iranian manufacturer in rose water, herbal extracts and essential oil production industry who managed to receive ISO 9001. The calibration section of the company has been recognized as the distinguished unit from among many companies holding ISO certificates. By implementing the system, we aim at:

- Achieving a common concept of quality
- Assuring the consumers and customers of the quality of our products
- Identifying and controlling those product features which can not be measured with laboratory methods.
- Reducing the destructive tests and lowering the costs of testing the end products.
- Raising the value of the outputs of process system by adopting approaches to prevent occurrence of faults
- Adopting solutions for separating good items from defective ones.
- Amending the defective items
- Adopting solutions for preventing faults from occurring again
- And taking the first step towards achieving total quality management

     

What we have achieved to date:

- Upgraded culture of registration and control of evidences
- Rise in discipline and participation of the personnel
- Established connection among different sections of the organization through their participation in management’s revising meetings
- Taking effective measures for removing the inconsistencies of the system and collecting the suggestions of the managers and concerned personnel for taking preventive actions.
- Raising the output by conducting regular training courses

Goals of Nader Agroindustrial Co.

1. Continuing improvement of quality of the products as per the international standards
2. Production of new products including various processed essential oils and products such as sauces, seasonings, jams, pickles, vinegar and verjuice.
3. Train efficient personnel for ever-increasing growth of the national economy
